What is Table Rock Lake?

Table Rock Lake is one of three pristine lakes in Southwest Missouri. This lake is located approximately 6 miles south west of Branson Missouri at White River Mile 528.8 and it was formed when the Table Rock Dam was completed in August of 1958. The dam has a maximum height of 252 feet above the river bed, is 6,423 feet in length, and has 10 Spillway Crest Gates. Table Rock Lake has a surface area of approximately 43,100 surface acres, 745  miles of shoreline, and a lake elevation above mean sea level of 915 feet. Table Rock Lake offers a variety of recreational activities including sightseeing, hiking, hunting, fishing, skin diving, and water sports such as swimming, boating, and water skiing.
